Terms and Conditions for Perfection Co Aesthetics Treatments
1. Appointment Booking and Consultation:
All treatments are subject to an initial consultation to assess suitability and discuss treatment options.
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
2. Medical History and Consent:
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history information prior to treatment.
A written consent form will be provided detailing the treatment procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. Clients must sign this form before treatment.
3. Treatment Payment:
Deposit is required at the time of booking or prior to treatment and will be subtracted from the total balance due
We accept cash, or electronic funds transfer.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Treatment Results:
Individual results may vary. While we strive for optimal results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Results depend on various factors, including skin condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.
6. Aftercare and Maintenance:

7. Refunds and Returns:
Refunds are not offered for completed treatments.
In the case of dissatisfaction, clients must contact us within a specified timeframe to discuss possible solutions.
